Plant where we carry out our Boilermaking activities, including conventional cutting, oxyfuel cutting, plasma and laser cutting, bending, calendering, welding and assembly of sheets and parts in general.

Below we present the main segments of operation of this plant:

CALANDING

We have a wide variety of calender manufacturing, being able to calender up to 2.1/2''.

Calendering consists of transforming flat parts into curved or cylindrical tubes, profiles and beams.

CUT

We supply to the industry, civil construction, mining, automotive, metallurgical, electronics, railway, agribusiness, naval and wind sectors.

We cut thin and thick sheets up to 6''. With CNC machine.

HD CUT

This cut is the highest precision and quality in service, ensuring that your project can be executed without wasting energy or material. By having an auxiliary air jet technology applied on the same axis as the plasma jet, it creates a force that allows the cutting speed to be increased so that its angle can also be decreased.

Cut into sheets up to 3/8'' thick.

FOLD

Bends of profiles, corners and spokes in sheets from 0.5mm to ¾'' thick.

WELDS

WELDING AND ASSEMBLY

We perform welding on metal parts such as: MIG, MAG, TIG, Coated Electrode and Tubular Electrode. Also in carbon steel sheets, special steels, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper.

We carry out several types of assemblies, the services are carried out with qualified labor, with specialists in projects for the most varied requests, always aiming at the satisfaction of our customers, guaranteeing quality, agility and safety.

PLASMA AND OXYCUTTING

OXYCUT
The oxyfuel process takes place through chemical reactions with oxygen, the high temperature in the steel and the mechanical speed that make up this process, and finally, separate the steel with an excellent quality of exec services.used. We cut sheets of up to 6'' with an excellent finish.

The plasma process is precision cutting, where plates are cut in sizes up to 1"

In addition to activities, it is worth mentioning:

The plant has an overhead crane for handling heavy materials, forklifts and the entire structure to handle activities involving sheet metal handling, cutting, bending and assembly of hot-melted parts.
